Biography

Akin Akinpelu is a Dream Releaser for Kings & C-Suite Leaders. He is an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a Performance Coach, Development Consultant, keynote speaker, and author of several books. As the CEO of Akin Akinpelu Learning & Development (AALD), he leads a consulting, training, and research-driven company committed to excellence in the service industry. His mission is to discover, develop and deploy people and systems to their full potential. With a relentless passion for learning, he holds a master’s degree and an MBA. He further pursued a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Trident University, USA, and a second Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Myles Leadership University, where he also serves as a board member. He is also the first Professor of Practice in Educational Leadership in Nigeria and a Fellow of the Professional Leadership Practitioners Institute. He is the also CEO of Erudio Hub, an organization dedicated to raising a new generation of educators to transform the educational sector in Africa. Akin has consulted for numerous organizations and addressed millions of people through talks, training, and coaching across Nigeria, Ghana, the UK, Canada, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, the UAE, the USA, and other countries. He has also facilitated development projects, sister-city collaborations, and public-private partnerships to drive sustainable impact. Human capacity development has been central to Akin’s work.
